Found Sound

In the Urban Explorers Festival 2014, June 7, Nico Parlevliet made an expedition along five cellars in Dordrecht, where 7 sound artists showed and heard their work, called Cellar Noises. On the last tour of this Cellar Noises expedition, he was the guide himself. He had given the audience home-made sound recorders in the beginning, in the form of small wooden boxes, with the mission to record sounds you liked along the way  (a few seconds). In the last cellar he placed them on his turntable and made a specific sound collage with them, found sound by the audience.
